Savannah & Tybee Island

This past weekend I took a trip to Savannah & Tybee Island, GA for some good food and relaxation. I love what I do so I wouldn't really call the trip a vacation or an escape from work. Instead it was more like an inspiring getaway. I draw inspiration from all sorts of things like scenery, people, food & the ocean. Especially the ocean, I love relaxing on the beach listening to the ocean.

Below are a few shots from my trip. Although I brought my camera with me I ended up taking all of the photos with my phone and uploaded them on Instagram.

I love the way the moss hangs from the trees.
This has got to be the largest chest set I have ever seen (Downtown Savannah).
We were able to get into Paula Deen's restaurant The Lady and Sons. They only take reservations for party's of 8 or more and the wait is always extremely long. The waiting list feels up pretty fast, I recommend getting there at least by noon to put your name on the list.
I love eating at The Crab Shack on Tybee Island. The place is huge, they can seat up to 600 guest. The ambiance is wonderful and the food is great. The is even a gator lagoon where you can feed baby aligators.
Lunch platter for two.
